From booking to prescription

Choose a time
Pick any free 15-minute slot in the next 7 days. It is held for you for 10 minutes while you finish booking.
Step 2
Say who it is for
Book for yourself or a family member. Each person has their own private record.
Step 3
Quick safety check
One tap to confirm you have no emergency signs. If you do, we direct you to emergency care straight away.
Step 4
Share your details
Tell us your main concern, current medicines and any allergies, and upload old reports if you have them.
Step 5
Join the consultation
The waiting room opens 10 minutes before your time. When the doctor admits you, the call starts by itself.
Step 6
Get your prescription
Your prescription appears in your account within minutes, with diet and lifestyle advice. Fill it at any pharmacy.
Your choice
Consult the way that suits you
Video
Best for most consultations, especially skin, hair and visible concerns. Works in your phone browser.
Audio only
For a weak or slow internet connection. Uses much less data than video.
Phone call
If the internet is not working, the doctor can call you on your phone.
What you need
- A phone or computer with a camera and microphone (for video)
- A quiet, well-lit place
- Old reports and prescriptions, if any
- A list of the medicines you take now
- For a child: the child’s weight, and a parent or guardian present
Timings and waiting
Consultations run back to back. If the patient before you takes a little longer, you may wait a few minutes. The waiting room shows your place in the queue, so please bear with us.
- Please join on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the doctor may see the next patient first.
- If you have not joined 15 minutes after your slot, the booking is marked as missed and you can book again.
- You can cancel or change your booking up to 2 hours before your slot.

All times are Indian Standard Time. New slots open daily for the next 7 days.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
