- Full Refund: Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before the scheduled consultation time for a full refund. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation if done 6 hours before the scheduled consultation time and will take up to 7 days to reflect it in your account.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to respect our practitioners’ time and ensure effective scheduling.
